Can't log on to student finance

Hi my mum is trying to log on and support my application but it keeps saying "As you've been given temporary login details, you need to use your CRN to log in." so we tried using my CRN and it says "Sorry, your details can't be recognised - please try again"

She will need to fill out the paper form instead
