Can I become a dentist w bad teeth?
Weird question, I know. I was never educated about teeth health as a child growing up in poverty. I only learned more as a high schooler and then I began really looking after them - but now it is too late.
I’ve had braces, so they’re not crooked. However, my front tooth is chipped and they’re not white. I also have three fillings
I can’t afford to get them fixed
I would love to become a dentist, but wouldn’t it be embarrassing to be a dentist with bad teeth myself? It would look hypocritical.
Wouldn’t dentistry interviewers laugh at me?
