The question is: Design a study to measure prosocial behaviour in a natural experiment? 10)
I am not really familiar with natural experiments so a little bit of help would be helpful.

Natural experiments are experiments where it isn't ethical or it isn't practical to manipulate the independent variable. So, you can't really manipulate someone to not have or have prosocial behaviour as it isn't really practical- so find someone who is already d displaying prosocial behaviour (these individuals will already have the positive helpful personality whereas if you told someone to engage in prosocial behaviour they aren't doing it off their own back if you get what I mean!) and then find individuals who aren't displaying prosocial behaviour.

Hope this helps
