Ah looks like I won't be her neighbour then!

Trust me to be on the top floor! I hope the lift is decent, I'm a bit lazy :p:

There's no lifts at Cresent Flats.:nah:

Nooooooooooooooooooooooo! Lol! :p:

To be fair, if you're too lazy to go up two flights of stairs, then the walk from the Union up Broomhill is going to kill you!! :p:

It keeps you fit that's for sure.

Just in case some do not know, someone made a Facebook group for Crescent and you can probably find 1 or 2 flatmates there: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=34820276814

Do we have a sink in our bedroom in Crescent? I found some pictures of the kitchen/bedroom on Facebook, and it seemed like we do. That'd be pretty handy...

Also, do we have a living room type area, or just the kitchen?

I wish I'd looked round all the accommodation on the open day :frown:

I think according to that online thing about crescent we do have a sink yeah! Which is nice
Aaand I'm not sure about the living room thing, cos somebody wrote somewhere on facebook that they thought crescent do- but then on the online things (I'm even confusing myself) for the other accommodation, it says they've got one whereas it doesn't on ours. So I presumed we haven't?
If you managed to make sense of that, I'm impressed!!

I made sense of it!
(And for some reason, the idea of having a sink in my room really excites me - it's so... unconventional! :p:)

Yes you get a sink in the bed rooms, and a mirror. So you can doll yourself up and brush your teeth to your hearts content. :yep:

Living room type area NO. Kitchen table with chairs Yes.

You'll find that a couple of bean bags and the hallway of the flat make a good chill out area; as well as the beds/bedroom floors of your fellow flatmates!

Flat 12?

I've been on all manner of forums and have found NO-ONE.
I am so excited though!
Hey I'm going to be living in Flat 3

Very nervous about moving :woo:

More worried about my Student Finance though

Why what's wrong with your student finance? The company is saying that everyone who applied on time will get their money, so I'm guessing you'll be fine
I applied in late June and sent of my mums P60 and stuff and the identity stuff.

But loads of my friends who applied in like mid July have got declaration forms which they have to sign and send back and I haven't.

It'll probably be fine, I just keep thinking the worst >.<

Might be worth phoning them up - I had a friend in your situation and when they phoned, Student Finance were waiting for them to send another piece of paper in (something about their parents finances) but hadn't told my friend that they wanted it! If you phone, they can tell you what's happening with your application, anyway
