Student Finance Loan - No Response

Hi,I sent my application from Spain to your PO box over a week ago and have not received any notice that my package was delivered. I am not sure if I should be concerned and send over a new application just in case.Is it normal for it to take this long before a confirmation that they are processing my application? Should I do anything while I wait?Thank you for your time!

Hi there, please allow up to 6 weeks for an update. I imagine post from Spain will take a long time to arrive due to coronavirus postage delays. If you sent your package tracked then you can keep an eye on the progress.
