The point of going to uni is to learn new content and modules so you don't need to learn everything before you start uni (kind of defeats the point of uni lol). If you wish, some universities may have a recommended reading list so you can do a little reading around the subject of your degree, or you can keep track of current events or trends in your field (if applicable)

Hey,

Being familiar with them will get you ahead of the game but there is no need being that you will still learn them during first year. Also the way the lecturers extract data they want to cover in their lectures about the modules may differ to what you will learn either on your own, by reading books or online. But it's up to you on whether to learn them before or not.

Hope this helps.

i don't think its really necessary to learn the first year modules since you don't know how they'll be taught and what they'll include however it's always worth going over the a level content to keep everything fresh in your mind since a lot of first year is just going over a level content and then expanding on it (obviously depends on the subject but i think this is the same in most cases)
