I was asked to make a ballon chair in a team. Now I have to write an essay of 500 words on how effective my team was according to the Belbin team role theory. I’ve no idea what to write. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, You can just write about the roles each individual played in the team. Those who behaved like leaders, those who communicated and provided support, the one with the idea and the expert. Basically how each individual's behaviour contributed to the effectiveness of the team. I hope that helps.
