issue with the accommodation portal

hi, cannot access the accommodation portal for the first time. when I try to reset the password using my kcl student number it says: The username or password provided is incorrect. Please help

Email them - it might be a portal issue or something on the account.

I'm also having trouble logging into the accommodation portal. I used my student number from my offer letter but it says "The username or password provided is incorrect". I also tried my kings apply portal number and each time it says a temporary password was sent to email but nothing was sent. I have contacted kcl through king's apply but have gotten no response. Please help!!

Have you waited the 24-48 hours after firming King's?

it's been over 24 hours but not yet 48

I'd wait for the 48 hours and then try your King's ID on the portal, it should work.

Hi I'm having the same issue bit it's been over two weeks since I firmed king's, Do you have any advice?

I'd contact residences but there aren't any rooms left so you'd have to contact them anyway

Guys i logged in and got the invitation by email already but when i click on book a room the pop-up window is a blank page im so confused please help!! Has this happened to anyone?

Happening to me too. I called the phone line and they've had a few reports of the same issue
