From what I know, a WHOLE lot.

I may be studying biochemistry in September. A big chunk of the material is Chemistry and the 'Bio' comes from the fact that you study organic chemistry and the chemistry inside the human body.

It is a very general overview of the course since I haven't started studying it yet, but I am fairlyccertain that you will be dealing with a lot of chemistry.
