A week ago, I received an email from UAL Accommodation Services offering a room at Wigram House, but I have not been contacted yet by the external housing provider as to any information of how to accept the offer or my room type.

Due to the current circumstances of COVID 19, I understand if the services have been delayed, but I am worried that because the deadline to accept the offer for UAL returning students is today (May 18th), I will lose my room offer.

Is there an extended deadline for students with offers from accommodations that are managed by external housing providers?
