Best jobs after a law degree?

I wanted to become a solicitor but now I’m not so sure given the intense work load and long hours. So which jobs are the best (lifestyle, workload and pay wise?)

There are loads of great jobs available, some of the people from my russel group cohort ended up with training contracts at city firms and the LPC funded, others decided to do a masters in something unrelated or joined the civil service, quite a few of my friends from college studied law and then did a masters in journalism. I myself have been successful in my application for a AWS cloud computing training programme and will be pursuing a career in that, so you can jump into something totally unrelated using the logical reasoning skills the degree gives you or go into the traditional paths of corporate law, consulting, civil service etc. before i got on this programme i joined one of the 'great offices of state' civil service departments.
