Any examboard endorsed books are great for detail you need for those a levels. If you want books purely for revision than learning, cgp books are good for the recap and condensed info

I found the "Revise Edexcel AS/A Level Business Revision Guide and Workbook" to be very helpful in summarizing topics into a single page, however, you must buy the actual Business textbook as the one stated is simply a revision guide.

I'm taking Law at Edexcel, however, I use the AQA Law 1 textbook which is extremely helpful in my studies. Accompanying the AQA textbook I have the Law Express books in Jurisprudence, Tort, English Legal System, and Criminal Law, along with some Q&A and Concentrate Packs.

Hopefully, this helps, I cannot help you with sociology as my third subject is English Literature.
