Astronomy and Doppler shifts

Hi,

Im currently reading Astronomy: From astrochemistry to astrobiology, and one of the practise questions asks this:

The observed R(0) transition in CO in the Andromeda Galaxy is at 114.9 GHz.
Calculate the Doppler shift for the transition.

The back of the book states the answer is 275 km/s however I'm not too sure how they got to that number. any help would be appreciated
