Doesn't matter how far you've run, it's the fact that you have done it, that counts.
25.7km / 16 miles in a time of 2:05.

It usually takes me between 48-54 minutes to do 10k.

Cheers. Some have said that’s too slow though....
My longest run was a triple loop of Richmond Park (around 21-22 miles) only stopping to fill water bottle. This was in preparation for the London marathon. That went badly and I walked a lot after 20 miles.

I am always of the opinion that you run at your own pace, and nobody else's.

Well done it doesn't matter.
At the end of the day you did it, and nobody can take that away from you.
l used to run a lot and l miss it now age does catch up with you and running in the sand at the beach is fantastic it makes your thighs and legs very strong

Thanks. I’m more about endurance than speed.
0.8km for sports day and I even came last. #proud
