Do you meditate, and if so, what benefits has it given you?

Rather depends on what you mean.

I've tried incorporating it into my routine as a regular practice, but that's not really for me as it sends me to sleep. So I utilise that and use meditative techniques when I'm having trouble sleeping.

I do use candles to meditate when I'm having trouble getting in a study mindset.

I view it as a mind cleanse, and an ability to acknowledge distractions, but not to chase them.
- Mental clarity
- A feeling of oneness with the universe
- The ability to remain present in day to day life
- Negative emotions no longer control me
- I feel overall happier
- Less anxious
- I'm always calm af, especially during confrontations or stressful situations
