I have applied for an interview in M&s through Staffline website and I have an interview tomorrow but I have no idea about the interview process especially during Covid-19 and what questions they ask.

Generally they will just be wanting to know that you are capable of meeting the job description (make sure you look at this in advance and think about some examples to provide evidence of the skills they require). They may also be looking for you to have some awareness of the current situation so it's good to be able to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility. You should also generally be aware of what the company stands for and ensure that you align yourself with their mission.
