Imperial College withdrew my conditional-firm offer for MSc Computing Science...

I randomly got an email two days ago 'confirming my application has been withdrawn'. It said it was for one of three reasons:

1: I withdrew it (not true)

2: the course if full (exam results aren't out yet are they?)

3: I failed to upload a document required (I filled the application in February, I uploaded everything, paid the deposit. All I had to do was upload final transcript of grades which I'm waiting for currently).

I'm absolutely stunned. I didn't know a firm offer could be withdrawn. I declined the university of edinburgh two days earlier. I still have an offer from UCL but I'll wait to hear back from imperial before doing anything else. I don't even know if I'll get my deposit back... Any of you guys experience this? I messaged them asking for closure.

I would advise that you ring them if you can - much less potential hassle and confusion.
