Maybe because it’s bleach? I just wouldn’t recommend using something that is for hair dye.

no for lightening body hair
Stretch marks fade over time. Bio Oil might help (though I never felt it did), but most people have them, and it's easier to just suck it up.
I wouldn't try it.
I certainly would use Bio oil.
