I have been given a geography question that I'm struggling with and I need help

Using examples, describe and explain differences between megacities in the developed and developing world (8)

JSA2020

Ok. Step 1) define a mega city - population over 10 million
Step 2) define developed countries and give an example of a mega city and write in detail about it
Step 3) compare that mega city to one in the developing world e.g. Karachi or Bombay
It may be worth adding more than one example for each!
