Can someone please help me with writing up SPSS results

My disso is on comparing the cortisol level between smokers, vapers and non-smokers over the course of a day. I've done the SPSS test for it (ANOVA) but I have no idea how to write it up.

Have you done a post hoc test? If your ANOVA shows a significant result it means that there is a significant difference between cortisol levels in the different smoking conditions (ANOVA: F = X; d.f. = X, X; p=X ).
But it doesn't show which conditions are significantly different, you need to follow with something such as the Dunn's test to determine this. (Obviously don't do this if conditions aren't significantly different)
