Room to transfer
I’m looking to transfer the tenancy agreement for the room we booked for my daughter at Newcastle 1 through Student Roost .Its a 44 week tenancy due to commence 12th September.The room is a bronze studio , £250 deposit and £159 per week , total for the tenancy £6995 .Payment details can be confirmed.My daughter is no longer attending Newcastle College which is less than 10min walk away
