Never had to do any sort of weight loosing.
If I did, I would try a less... deadly? method however.

never heard of this till you mentioned it but sounds like a terrible idea. you're going to make yourself miserable(!). you're also going to put the weight back on as soon as you start eating again and any weight you do lose will not be visible to anyone else; not because you're in quarantine but because visible change takes time. so not eating for three days seems pointless imo.

the only fast i've done is what they call the Daniel fast, which is basically you don't eat any processed sugar, no caffeine, no animal products at all. i know that doesn't sound like a lot of fun either but the good thing is you lose your appetite for processed sugar, lose weight and you're not starving yourself. i'd totally look into it if you're seriously going to do anything.

I went to get my shoes on and it started pouring.
So hello again
I used to fast for Ramadan and although I did lose weight I gained it all back when I went back to having three balanced meals. You should probably just start by reducing your portions and exercising like everyone does.

Hey guys!
Im planning to do a 3 day water fast..I mean i already started water fasting at 7pm.
Have you guys tried water fasting for 3 days? what were the results and how did it go?

Is this where you only have water for 3 days or don't have any water for 3 days?

If the latter then I see no good benefits, the body likes water.

London
You’d expect it to be cloudy or it raining but it’s actually sunny for once.
Funny how as soon as we get locked up the sun comes out.
Watch when the restrictions are lowered and it starts raining again😭.

Even worse because you are in a steeper caloric deficit.
It's too long for your first one. 24hours I would say is fine and quite easy. 36-40 should be about your limit to be healthy and to see how you feel. I would advise to eat something small at 36 hours like a yoghurt with some banana. Then see how you feel for the next few hours, having small healthy snacks when you need. You could then eat properly at about 48 hours. But it depends, I have started to feel strange at about 42/43 hours like I was gonna pass out. Also while you are water fasting you could add a bit of salt to your water, drink coffee, apple cider vinegar (diluted) and clear soup (ideally with oil in). These things have very few or no calories and will mean you keep up your nutrients, you dont wanna start twitching or anything.
