I don't believe there's a certain definition for "childish" personality, I usually find out people call someeone childish to avoid contunioning conversation in situations like where they can't relate to you or they can't give you an answer or they can't accept their own mistake.
however you are that's you, don't let people's labeling you affect how you think of yourself and make you change yourself.
