Payment timetable for a degree( inc. foundation year)

Hey,
I’m struggling to contact my uni or SFE, need advice pls.
I’ve been accepted into a fine art degree including foundation, I’ve had confirmation of my student loan. However, my payment timetable shows that I am due to pay for the foundation year?! I thought it was free for under 19?! My plan is to transfer after my foundation year as it’s not my preferred subject.
Is this supposed to happen?

Where a degree includes an integrated foundation year it is normal for the uni to charge the full tuition fee for all four years of the course.

I think you should have applied for a stand alone Art Foundation diploma instead (like this one at Brookes), where courses are free to under 19s.
