Finding a job in Florence, Italy

Hi guys, I'm looking for a grad job in Italy and would like to know if anyone has experience of finding work there.
I know it's not the best time with the coronavirus but I would really welcome any tips on immigration and finding work from anyone who has done it.
I lived there during my Erasmus year abroad and worked part time but didn't need residency or permesso di soggiorno or anything like that, so this is all new.
I've been using Linked In and various job sites but would welcome advice from anyone who has used recruitment agencies, or sent a speculative application, or contacted a UK company about their jobs in Italy.
Thanks in advance!
