How do I convert a UAL Level 3 extended diploma to GPA?

Hiya all, I need your help!

I'm wanting to apply to American universities but I don't know how to convert my Distinction for my UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma to a gap score. I know how to convert GCSE's but I'm not sure about my college qualification. I did a lot better in college than in secondary school so I really need to be able to convert it.
