What do you want to know about A level Bio, Chem or PE?

I am a Year 12, A level student happy to inform.
Why is it that a reduction in the number of T helper lymphocyte cells as a result of HIV infection results ultimately in premature death. I've finished my A-levels but i would like to test your knowledge

Alright. First, how many marks is it so I know how I'm gonna answer that?

Depends, I would say that chemistry can be more challenging sometimes...
Hmm, I don't have too much of a preference, maybe biology.

Hmm great question.. i wouldn’t really be able to accurately determine the maximum possible mark that could be awarded as this isn’t a past paper question.. but i can tell you that i’m expecting 3 main points to be mentioned.
T helper cells produce interleukins which stimulate the production B cells to make antibodies and increase the rate of phagocytosis. If there is a reduction of T helper cells, there is insufficient antibodies to defend the body and the effects of the pathogens. Macrophages are also less able to engulf and destroy pathogens.
