l cant sleep tonight its far to warm ?

l cant sleep tonight l am to warm l am drinking iced water and having some ice cream in bed any one else the same and l am missing someone ?

Yeah, it is really warm. Open your bedroom window and put a fan on if you have one

l will have to buy a new fan the other one broke down last year l will buy one from Amazon l had the kitchen wall fan on all day and l have the bedroom windows open wide as l am in a top floor flat and its very still outside

Same. Idk what to do. My fan is louder than a jet engine so I cba turning it on and when I open my window, an army of insects enters my room. It’s a lose lose situation 🤧
