What do men worry about, in terms of body image, the most?

I'm due to be doing a documentary on the male body image soon and I was just wondering; what, in terms of the body, causes men to worry the most? Are there any unconventional worries that any guys would be willing to share?

Body image? Penis size is the obvious.

I think being too fat/too skinny is probably a fair worry too, especially when you see a very athletic type. Moobs, make sure you remember them.

From personal experience lots of things: hair, height, mannerisms, tone of voice, being thin/not mucsley, teeth, face shape, body shape, clothes. Basically the same as girls in some cases, just as insecure id say.

But its generally the non-physical problems which are worse for men. Women can get away with being tomboyish, or "independent girls" etc. But its a huge taboo for men to be effeminate, and theres enourmous pressure to be a "real man". What with all these contradictions thrown around by the media it can take its toll.

I have severe troubles with my face but I wouldn't say that's the big one for guys. Probably hair and being in shape is the main concern.
