So the next door neighbour was doing gardening and something on the fence where the water was sneaking through our fence.
But it was nothing, it is only water which accidentally came in.
It's not like they were chucking bricks or dirt.
Then he said I'm a coward for not telling them that the water is sneaking in our fence and onto the concrete floor.
He said what am I going to do, protect this property.
He even went outside and told them.
