Quarantine 2 weeks upon arriving to UK...
How do they know if the person is doing the 2 week quarantine or not? do they stick a tracking device to them or something..

It's almost impossible to enforce it, particularly as numbers of passengers rises. However, you would hope that people would, having seen what's gone on across the world, be willing to comply with it for the greater good. I doubt everyone will go along with it but even if only 50% do a lot of posdible transmission will have been avoided. Hopefully the vast majority will be happy to do it regardless of the potential consequences for themselves, as the consequences it could have for others if they pass on the virus are potentially far far greater!
