Glad they left off those mockney ganster flicks....

And I think Billy Elliot should be on there - I'm sure it was released post-1999?

Lock stock wasn't too bad though. Green Street was good considering the average Brit production.

Can't say that's a terribly good list:

10. Dog Solidiers - way too campy and silly to be anywhere near the top 10
9. Wallace and Gromit - Curse of the Wererabbit? Most overrated animated film ever.
8. Casino Royale - This DOES deserve to be in here - excellent film.
7. Hot Fuzz - Again, incredibly overrated. Very goofy and not a patch on SotD.
6. 28 Days Later - This deserves it.
5. The Last King of Scotland - This deserves it.
4. Gosford Park - Not seen.
3. Dead Man's Shoes - This deserves it.
2. Sunshine - A solid sci-fi film, but to be above the previous 8 is ridiculous.
1. This Is England - This deserves it.

Top three are pretty much spot on, though I much prefer 28 Days Later then any of those three, but then even so, the three are also favourites of mine, so it's difficult to choose what would go where.

I love Hot Fuzz, but I also love Shaun of the Dead. Overall though... no wait, there is no overall, I honestly cannot choose between the two. Nnngh.

Don't agree with Gosford or Last King of Scotland, though.
In my opinion Last King of Scotland should have been higher, possibly pushing for the top spot.

It would have been hard for me to choose between Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead, so I would probably have to have included both of them, but I definitely agree with 28 Days Later and Casino Royale.

I didn't like This Is England too much, but I can see why it would be deserving of a spot.

Can't believe they missed out Layer Cake though, and Green Street might have crept onto my top ten (any gangster film featuring a hobbit is alright by me :yep:).

Where are Stardust and Layer Cake! The author must have a thing against Matthew Vaughn...

What are your favourites?
