They can’t because of the virus and it’s a bit late to drop out now anyway as you can only drop subjects or drop out in the first few weeks, so does that mean they drop out after the results come out?

I thought you can drop an A level anytime, or after 1 year, but like only if you're really struggling or doing 4 A levels, because then you'll have 3 left.

You can drop an A-level at pretty much any point, whether the school will actually let you drop will be up to their policy.

In terms of dropping out entirely, you can probably ask to do so now if you're sure.
