I was too lazy and I did nothing productive especially not bothering to lose weight. Now everything is going back to normal and I regret it. I would if anyone is willing to help like some advice of how you have managed to lose weight through your exercise and diet routine, thank you!
Weighted lunges (I do them in the garden) are so effective, I noticed a visible difference after a week.
No I really did. Maybe I'm just eating more though before I would skip meals my parents cooked because I came home from uni late. I'm obviously not exercising which probably doesn't help but weight can be gained and lost so I try not be too insecure.
