I was too lazy and I did nothing productive especially not bothering to lose weight. Now everything is going back to normal and I regret it. I would if anyone is willing to help like some advice of how you have managed to lose weight through your exercise and diet routine, thank you!

Lifting weights and a calorie deficit. Might I add, you don't need to exercise to lose weight. Surprised? Don't be. If you wanted, you could lose weight purely being in a calorie deficit, without exercise. Albeit, you'll lose a lot of muscle mass in the process.

No I really did. Maybe I'm just eating more though before I would skip meals my parents cooked because I came home from uni late. I'm obviously not exercising which probably doesn't help but weight can be gained and lost so I try not be too insecure.

Almost certainly, because I haven't been bothering to eat particularly well, skipping meals here and there. Probably like 10 stone now which is fine.

Yep! We invested in some weights and put them in the garage. I have discovered I enjoy weights a lot more at home than at the gym, I guess because I feel far less self-conscious. Have found weights works really well to supplement running, and water weight from indulging in too much wine during lockdown has fallen off.

Weighted lunges (I do them in the garden) are so effective, I noticed a visible difference after a week.

Just to relieve your insecurities, the weight gained could be water weight. Obviously, as you've stated the "weight can be gained and lost," which is a good mindset to adopt. Hope it goes well for you🙂.

I started off lockdown well exercising a lot but I got bored about 2 weeks in. I started to gain weight in the first half of lockdown - I didn’t stop eating unhealthy food. However, now, I’ve been on a calorie deficit and have been exercising daily and I’m at my lowest weight than what I have been for about a year.

When lock-down started i was little depressed, but i managed to maintain my exercise routine in my home, which helped me in staying fit. I didn't loose much weight in home, but i am happy because i managed to get fit.

I've put on a little bit of weight (1.9kg) but this is probably the fittest I've ever been. Been running every day in the morning 5k, then weights in the afternoon. Been lucky that I had a bench press back home as well as quite a few weights so haven't been hampered there. Diet also has been good, thanks to not skipping meals then making it up with pretty unhealthy stuff.

simplest thing is Fasting, I lost 6kg in few weeks by doing it. It will be hard but you have to get used to it.
