Best birth control for preventing pregnancy??
What is do you think? And please don’t say abstinence... I understand that is the most effective lol. But I’m terms of birth control what’s the best and why
There’s female sterilisation and natural family planning but I assume you aren’t looking at those methods. The next best thing in my opinion is LARC methods like IUD or the implant (i forgot the other one) because it has better chances in prevent pregnancy than other contraceptives and you don’t have to worry about using it effectively like the pill, which you have to take everyday for one type.
