Is this the one where body cells don’t respond to insulin produced or the one where pancreas does not produce sufficient insulin?

Type 1 diabetes is when no insulin is produced so the blood glucose concentration rises and stays high

Type 2 diabetes is when body cells’ insulin receptors don’t respond properly to insulin so cells don’t take up enough glucose, causing blood glucose concentration to rise.
