Apparently I no longer exist on SFE??????
Applied accidentally for 2019/20 before calling them to cancel that and doing a correct application for 2020/21. They've sent a letter to my dad to ask for evidence but not my mum, and now that my dad's trying to get onto SFE to give hem evidence, the site says I don't exist? We keep trying and it keeps saying the same thing. Can anyone help?

The quickest, simplest solution is for both your parents to complete the paper household income form
