What is the best skill to have?

When you're applying for a job, what skills do you tend to mention? Obviously don't say you're organised if you're not, but generally what are some good skills that employers look out for? What are some more niche ones that stand out?
Ability to listen to others and act on their feedback. This makes for a great team and grantees sucess.

Hi there!

There are some key skills that you should always develop if you don't already have them, those include:
Communication
Teamwork
Leadership
Independence
Organisation
Commitment

These are all key skills that an employer will be impressed with if you can demonstrate them effectively. My advice would be to look at your person specification of the job, that will highlight exactly what skills the employer is looking for from the candidates.

Hope this helps!
