Cyberstart access 2020 Uk

Ok so I'm doing this thing for the first time and i'm hella confused on 4 and 8. Does anyone know how to do them?

Hi! As of yet, I haven't done number 8 but I can help you with 4.
We have already been given the username, indicating that the password is hidden somewhere on the website. Where might we find information involving usernames and passwords? Hint: Ctrl+I
