The first one has a tangent that meets a circle? What do you know about where they meet?

for question 2: do you know what a cyclic quadrilateral is and its properties? If so that is a clue. If not then it's easy to google. Also, have you heard of the alternate segment theorem? That is another clue. When you are doing that bit it would be good to cover up triangle ABC as it could be a distraction.
