Can't log in to SLC

I cannot find my Art ID number ANYWHERE, assuming I was ever given one at all, and even to GET my Art ID I have to provide a password and secret answer to a secret question, which I don't even remember getting in the first place.

Where the hell can I find my Art ID? I thought surely it must have been on my SLC forms, but no.
I'm really worried about this, as I need to change bank account details, and obviously I don't want a massive delay.

Any help appreciated.

are you sure? , my ART ID is on nearly every form they have sent me.
I'd say have another look.

It should be on some of the correspondence your LEA has sent you. If you have lost it, ring them or the SLC.

Ah, yeah, I've found my ART Id now, but it still won't let me on. I enter my ART id, but then it asks for my current password, and an option to create a new one. I was never given a password to start with, so there's no way to do it.

I went through the 'Forgotten your details' bit, and they sent me an email with codes for a new password (doesnt work) and a new secret answer to a secret question (which doesn't work either).
Totally stuffed.
I think I'm just going to have to ring them.

I had this problem too.. it works for me now though.. I had to like change my password twice or something daft to be able to log on.. really annoying at the time..

your old secret answer and password should be another letter you got from SFD though.. you got like 2 seperate letters.. one with th art ID and one with the other stuff.. e.g. the password and secret answer.. just keep trying man.. it will work in the end.. did for me anyhow...
