Has anyone been able to send a separate personal statement to the one on their UCAS ?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this question, you use the same personal statement for each of your choices in that academic year cycle.

Not on UCAS but I applied to this uni through extra for a different course to the one I wrote my personal statement on and they emailed me to send them a new personal statement. So you could try sending a new personal statement to the uni directly because ucas won’t let you change it

You can but it depends on the uni and their policy. For example, Durham allows a second personal statement but they dont allow personal statements of two different courses if I remember so you could send a physics personal statement instead of a natural sciences one but they will still get your original one in UCAS.
