Bristol accommodation - Hiatt Baker catered/self-catered

People say that Hiatt Baker catered and Hiatt Baker self-catered are completely different from one another - why is this?? What makes HB self-catered so much ‘better’ than HB catered?

They're basically two different halls. Self-catered rooms are big and modern, the kitchens and living rooms are also really nice. Catered rooms are older, smaller and not very well maintained.

But are they within the same premises - do the catered and self-catered both mix at HB

So they're close to each other, but every hall in Stoke Bishop is p close together. I wouldn't say they mixed anymore than two completely separate halls (for example UH and Durdham)
