I am currently sitting on the fence with whether I should move to grammar school or stay at my current school for sixth form? The catch is that my current state school has smaller classes so its more 1to1 teaching. I want to move on to a degree apprenticeship after school. So just wondering whether grammar school or state school would be the best option?

I don't think the difference between Grammar and state schools is that much of a worry. I think you should be looking at schools results, facilities and how good they are at delivering the subjects that interest you. What is the driver for looking at the Grammar school? Remember too that it is likely that the majority of your friends will probably be staying at your current school, and although not essential for your education it is important to have a social life outside of school, and friends are a great support network. Take care and stay safe.

I would forget about grammar vs state.
Just compare these 2 schools:
class size - and does this matter to you? Is smaller better - maybe not for a subject where group discussion is integral
range of subjects - does it offer exactly what you want
EPQ?
3 vs 4 a levels
support for uni/apprenticeship applications - practice interviews, application writing
results for your subjects
facilities
travel time
what reason caused you to consider moving schools in the first place.
