spanish-9
sport science- D*- so 9 (already sat exam and got that its up to coursework now)
italian- A*- already did got 300/300 :biggrin:

(i was so happy)
sociology-9
art- 8/9

so fingers crossed 12 A* then (well one D* :biggrin:

Hi, I'm so sorry that you think it's wierd or if I have confused you. I'll try and explain the process
My school has an advanced class which I'm a part of and we start our GCSES in year 8 (just my class) so we were meant to do all of our exams this year but we're not doing them now and our teacher is saying it's most likely we'll be doing them next year but we'll be getting teacher Assesed grades too. Thats why I'm so worried about the exams next year because those will probably be the ones that I'm going to write on my CV as they will honestly reflect my ability. If you have any questions, then please ask. So sorry I confused you.

you will get a nine then ! SATS predictions dont really matter :smile:

ive been getting only 9's in it and before we broke up my teacher
reassured me :smile:

bc all my target grades were 7's but ive always gotten higher in every subject

Lol tbh it seems that most people on TSR have A-A** grades lol but people shouldn't compare themselves to others when it comes grades.

Why are they ranking everyone too!? I mean I can kind of see why but that’s so mean ☹️

they have to otherwise they aren't following the correct rules!!!

Theyll predict certain students certain grades, and then rank them in order of who deserves it the most, so when they "standardise" it, those who are ranked lowest will get their grade brought down if the grade distributions are too different from last years.

I don't think the teacher will be biased if they don't like you and I think if they are a new teacher, another teacher will have to check the calculated grades they have put.
