what to write in a new baby boy congrads card
i want something a little funny/quirky to write in the card not the usual boring stuff :]

They're tiny and chubby and so sweet to touch.
But soon they'll grow up and resent you so much.
Now they're yelling at you and you don't know why.

First of all, it's congrats not congrads 
Secondly, something like:
"Congratulations on the birth of your new baby boy. Wishing you all much love and happiness for the future."
is appropriate.
There's not really any point in trying to be funny or quirky to be honest. It's only a card, and the parents will be too wrapped up in their new child to read it properly anyway.
