Does anyone here understands how the safety net is calculated?

For example if you have achieved 60% for an assessment that is worth 30% and 70% for assessment worth 20%

And the remaining assessment worth 50% is done during the coronavirus pandemic. And you score 55% for this one.

How is the safety net calculated?
