Postgraduate tuition loan

I intend to start a full time master's course (MSc) in the UK starting in September 2020 and I’d like to apply for a Postgraduate Tuition loan as an EU student.
I checked the requirements and I should be eligible, but I still have a couple of questions:

- I've read that "If the student is an EU national who doesn’t normally live in England, they must be studying at a university in England to get a Postgraduate Loan." Does this mean the course has to start before I can request a loan?

- I have also read the applications won’t open until the end of June. Where can I be notified when it launches? Or rather, where should I look for it?

Hi Marco, you don't need to wait for the course to start, you should apply when the application launches by the end of June. You can keep an eye on this https://www.gov.uk/masters-loan website to see when it launches or check our Twitter/Facebook pages as we will announce as soon as it launches.
