Grades and jobs

hello well i was thinking about the future today, mainly about my grades and what kind of job i can get. Well i did my Gcses two years and didn't do that well got 10 Cs finished my a-levels this year and got CDD. I have already got into an average university (keele) to do a business course. The reason i got such poor grades was because i was lazy and recently realized that these poor grades could seriously have an affect when it come to me getting a job. I know for a fact that if i work hard i can get a 2:1, seriously for my Gcse i revised for only 1 week and didnt work all year and for my a-levels i revised for only 2 weeks, due to laziness. So i was wondering of i could get an alright job if i manage to get a good degree?

Yes. No one will care about your GCSEs when you're applying for a job.

Getting a good degree is a lot more important than getting good GCSE grades, but since the graduate job market is so competitive you could struggle to get straight into a good job. In the long term, however, average GCSE grades shouldn't hold you back.
