First of all look at the courses that they both offer - how different are they and which one sounds more interesting to you?
They are in very different locations, so think about how far away from home they are (if that is important to you) and how you would get there. Aside from the course you may want to think about other factors which could include: accommodation, nightlife, societies, the support system, ect....
